Q: What type of clothing should I bring and how many sets of clothing will I need?
A: Bring clothing that is wash and wear and is comfortable for you to wear in your daily activities. You should bring at least seven sets.
Q: Do I have to do my own laundry?
A: No. Laundry services are part of our daily rate. Please make sure that your clothing is marked. Please ask staff for assistance if you need help marking your clothing.
Q: Do I have to bring my own toiletries?
A: Many personal care items such as mouthwash, tooth paste, shampoos, soaps, lotions, denture care items, ointments, undergarments and other items are provided. A list of items will be provided on admission.
Q: Should I bring my own TV or other furniture?
A: Bed, closet, and chest of drawers are provided. You may want to bring your own recliner and TV. There is free WiFi and cable services.
Q: Is there a phone provided in my room?
A: The facility does not provide a phone in resident rooms. Many residents do use cell phones or will have a phone hooked up through the phone company. If you need to make a call, a phone and private space can be provided.
Q: What are the visiting hours at Pine Crest?
A: Pine Crest strives to maintain a home like environment. Visiting hours are open. The doors are locked during night time hours for resident and staff safety.
